Milkha Singh also known as flying sikh was an athlete from india.As of 2013 he is the only indian male athlete to win an individual gold medal at a commonwealth games.He represented in 200 metres and 400 metres of 1956melbourne olympic games .he set a record of 46.6 seconds in 400 metres in asian games .
